Who we are

Studio7 is a web development and SEO studio led by Jeramee Flemming, based in Nashville, Tennessee. Inquiries go to studio7inquiry@gmail.com.

What we collect

If you submit the contact form, we store your name, email address, optional website URL, service interest, budget range, and the project details you write. We may also store a coarse IP address with the submission to limit spam. If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence.

The site may collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, date) needed to operate and secure the website. If analytics are added later, this page should be updated to name the provider and what is measured.

How we use it

Inquiry data is used to reply to you and to understand whether Studio7 can take the work. We do not sell it. We do not use it for unrelated marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Contact submissions are kept as long as they are useful for the project or for a reasonable business record, then deleted or archived according to how the studio runs its files. You can ask us to delete an inquiry that did not become a project.

Processors

The website is hosted on infrastructure you configure at deploy time (for example a Node host and PostgreSQL). Media may be stored on the server or an S3-compatible bucket. Email, if configured, is sent through Resend or SMTP. Those providers process data solely to provide their service.

Your requests

Email studio7inquiry@gmail.com to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold from an inquiry. We will need enough detail to find the record.
